Morning Flute Warm-up Class with Sue Makeever.

Join MSU flute instructor, Sue Makeever, for a warm-up class to get the air flowing and sound going as start to our flute filled day!


9:00am – 11:00am
Combined flute choir reading and rehearsal with Dr. Jennifer Cooper.

All festival participants are encouraged to come and play no matter what their ability level is. This reading and rehearsal will culminate in a final performance at the festival participant concert later in the evening!​

"Etude of the Week - Live" with Flutistry's Katy Wherry

Etude of the Week is a group for flutists to share their interpretations of etudes and studies. Etude of the week LIVE gives EOTW members the chance to share their interpretations and suggestions with each other in a live setting. This group is open and friendly, it is meant to help flutists of all levels and ages to motivate and inspire each other to improve. Performers are encouraged to sign-up ahead of time and prepare to play any Boehm Caprice #1-13 for the class.
